• Extensions, Conversions & Structural Works Site excavation, engineered foundations, structural steelwork (RSJs), SFS metal framing, masonry, pitched/flat roofing, and energy-efficient window and door installations.
• Fit-Outs & Classroom Refurbishments Complete strip-outs and modernizations of classrooms, science labs, and ICT suites. We install acoustic glass partitioning, high-use washrooms, canteens, heavy-duty tiling, and slip-resistant safety flooring.
• BM TRADA-Certified Passive Fire Protection Certified fire stopping, compartmentation cavity barriers, and the installation and maintenance of timber and steel fire doors (FD30/60) to protect escape routes.
• DHF & ADSA-Certified Access & Security Automated pedestrian doors (BS EN 16005), force-tested vehicle gates, traffic barriers, and high-security anti-climb perimeter fencing.
• Wall Preparations & Finishes Dry lining, plaster skimming, damp proofing, non-toxic decoration, and impact-resistant hygienic wall cladding for school kitchens and bathrooms.
• Facilities Management & M&E Plant room upgrades, commercial heating/ventilation (HVAC), NICEIC electrical compliance testing, and ongoing reactive maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, and fabric repairs).

The Safeguarding & Scheduling Guarantee: All site personnel are fully DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and trained in school safeguarding protocols including experienced working with vulnerable children. We work strictly during term breaks and shutdowns to ensure students and staff remain completely segregated from our construction zones.
